Teaching during COVID-19 Pandemic: Students’ Experiences, Perceptions and Lessons for Higher Education Institutes

A sudden shift to complete online teaching and learning due the COVID-19 pandemic created many challenges for educational institutes, their administrators, teachers students. This study investigated students’ experiences with intention shape higher education institutes’ (HEI) Information Communication Technology (ICT) integration policies practices. mixed-method research approach was used collect data. The quantitative data were collected using a survey questionnaire focus group discussion method gather qualitative views of instructors’ instructional assessment strategies revealed that confined themselves university guidelines recommended management system (LMS) digital tools but lacked training utilise features available in LMS could be integrated poor knowledge ICT skills. suggests HEIs should invest understand choices train maximise use LMS.
